The special construction of the piston in the cylinder housing combines the best characteristics of standard piston pumps with diaphragm pumps. The pumps are available with a capacity of 40 up to 150 liters per minute and can achieve a vacuum of 10 mbar and an overpressure up to approximately 7 bar.
