Screw vacuum pumps
Induvac supplies a range of dry screw pumps with capacities up to 800 m³/hour and suction pressures up to 0.01 mbar(a). These pumps are suitable for the continuous suction of dry and fully vapour-saturated air and gases.
Low vacuum and contact free compression
The contact-free compression makes the screw pump almost maintenance-free and very environmentally friendly. The pumps are optionally available with an internal coating. Due to the increasing demands in the field of environmental protection and energy reduction, the screw pump is in many cases a good alternative to the traditional liquid ring vacuum pump. The specific energy consumption is lower due to the absence of barrier fluid. In case of contamination with solid particles, additional inlet filtration is necessary. Induvac can advise you on this.
